There are lots of ways to make money online on this blog i will show you a few of the best ways to get money online.

Cashcrate
Cashcrate is by far the best program I have come across. I have found it very easy to consistently make a good amount of money every single day simply by taking part in surveys and doing free offers. I set out on a search on the internet to see what people thought of CashCrate. I don’t want to waste any of my time on something that wasn’t proven to satisfy their members over a long period of time. I was very happy to discover that they are completley legitimate and pay their members very well.
How does it work?
Companies need consumers to try and review products, services, and websites and are willing to pay money to have them do so.
Cashcrate gets paid by these advertisers for our participation and they pass 75% of that money back to us. That is how they are able to stay in business and the earnings stay sustainable.
How You Get Paid
There is a minimum pay out of $10. I cannot even begin to say how easy it is to reach payout. I made over $12 in the very first few hours after I signed-up. So the $10 payout can easily be reached in less than a day’s worth of participation.
Payments are processed on the 20th of the following month. So all of my May earnings will be sent to me by check on June 20th.
What do their checks look like?
Here is my proof of payment. This is my Cashcrate check from my May 2007 earnings for $1,531.07.
You Can Succeed Without Referrals
I want to stress the fact that you can make great money on CashCrate without ever getting a single referral.
One way to do this is by taking part in the $0.80 daily survey that is always available once every 24 hours. Even just doing that and nothing else will get you a guaranteed $24 extra dollars a month.
You can also make an extra $100-$200 a month just by doing the free offers and trials available in the “complete offers” section.
I hate programs where you get pressured into signing other people up in order to make money and succeed.
However, if you like to share your success and want others to participate along side of you… CashCrate does have an awesome referral system. In fact, it is one of the best I have ever seen!
CashCrate Referral Program
First of all, with CashCrate you are paid for two levels of referrals. The first level being the people that directly sign up under you. The second level is people that sign up under the people that you recruited.
So you can get paid for who ever you get to sign up and who ever they get to sign up.
As soon as you join, you start at the bronze level. This allows you to earn 20% of what your 1st level referrals earn and 10% of what your second level referrals earn.
(Don’t worry, your referrals not getting paid less. This is extra money that you get paid in addition to what they get paid.)
The rest of the referral program tiers work like this:
Bronze – 0 Active Referrals – 20% First Level, 10% Second Level
Silver – 50 Active Referrals – 25% First Level, 10% Second Level
Gold – 150 Active Referrals – 25% First Level, 15% Second Level
Platinum – 300 Active Referrals – 30% First Level, 15% Second Level
Elite – 500 Active Referrals – 30% First Level, 20% Second Level
You will also get a $1.00 bonus for every active referral from the United States who completes their first offer.
I compared this referral program to the other GPT (Get Paid To) sites out there and CashCrate is the highest paying by far.

Who Can Join?
Pretty much anyone can join. Even people from various other countries. Do keep in mind though, that people who are from English speaking countries will have a lot more offers and surveys available to them than those from other countries.
This is because advertisers usually want information and participation from people in the countries they sell their products in.
If you are from a non-english speaking country, there is still hope for you. There have been many successful people from other countries because they make money by getting referrals that live in english speaking countries signed up under them. So there is still a way to make CashCrate work for you if you are really interested.
Adsence
Unfortunately, a lot of people bought into the idea that there was a lot of easy money to be made and they are now finding out they aren't making nearly as much as they thought they would. Additionally, Google has a lot of prohibited practices when it comes to AdSense, and too many Webmasters are finding out they violated Google's policies after the fact - often because they never bothered to read the AdSense policies in the first place.
Webmasters must not only comply with AdSense policies, but their Websites must also comply with Google's webmaster policies.
Prerequisites for Making Money with AdSense
To make money with Google AdSense you need plenty of traffic coming in to your site or there won't be anyone to click the ads. Website promotion techniques, especially search engine optimization and article marketing will bring more traffic to your site. You also need to have content that will attract the ads with the highest Pay Per Click (PPC) rate that are relevant to that content. Then, you need to lay out your web pages so the ads blend in with your site. Studies have revealed that people who visit sites that contain ads that use colors that are not in harmony with the actual Web site tend to develop "ad blindness". Meaning no matter how much traffic comes into your site, chances are no one will click the ads because they'll be ignoring them. If no one clicks, you make nothing. Dealing with Competitors' Advertisements
If you offer products or services on your Website, the first thing you'll notice when you begin hosting PPC ads is that many of the ads are coming from your competitors. Therefore, you'll want to put ads on pages that aren't earning you any money, or do like I did and not put ads on your site until you're so busy anyway you'd rather make a few dollars off of your competitors than to continue turning business away with nothing to show for it.
Google AdSense allows you to specify up to 200 URLs for sites you want to bar from placing ads on your pages. The problem is that most times you won't know the competitors are out there until their ads appear.
Google Money Making Ad Options
Google offers three ways to make money from them:
- Google AdSense for Content - A variety of size and shape ads for placing in your content are available. These can be text or image ads or both - you specify what you'll allow. Ad units are full ads. Link units are simply a strip of text links that your visitors might want to click. Google allows you to put up to 3 Ad Units and 1 Link unit on each page of your Web site, provided you follow its policies - both for AdSense and for Webmasters.
- Google AdSense for Search - This places a search box on your Web site. When a user enters a term and conducts a search, a search results page opens, that hosts more pay-per-click ads. You can customize the color scheme of the search results page to harmonize with your web site.
- Google Referrals - Here you make money by referring visitors to use a Google product, like AdSense, AdWords, the Google Toolbar and other Google software. Just like Google AdSense for Content and AdSense for Search, Google generates the code that you paste into the desired location on your web page. You can choose from a wide variety of buttons and text links of different colors. As an example of how Google Referrals works, if someone goes to your site and clicks the link and signs up for an AdSense account, when that person earns a $100 from Google AdSense and receives a payout from Google, you'll also receive $100 for referring them. This is a great idea to me, because you can be the world's worst Google AdSense advertiser, but if an ad dynamo happens to visit your site and uses your referral link, you can make money anyway!
Google will not issue an AdSense payment until your earnings exceed $100. Unfortunately, there are loads of Google AdSense Forum entries about website operators who accumulated $90 or more in click through earnings only to get banned from Google and not get paid anything at all before they ever reached $100. This may be because Google doesn't take a close look to see if you're complying with their guidelines until it comes time to pay you. So yes, there's a lot more to the story than meets the eye.
Other Programs Besides AdSense
Yahoo and MSN have similar programs, although those programs aren't as well-developed as Google AdSense and there aren't as many available advertisers to display ads on your site. The fundamentals for making money are the same: You still need plenty of traffic, you still need high-paying ads, and you still need to design your site to harmonize with the ads to get people to click.
Chitika
Now there is another ad service like AdSense called chitika. Here is the differences between them both.
1) Features:
Adsense has added numerous features over the past 2-3 years. They comprise channels to recognizing which pages are enhanced earners. It’s not ideal and isn’t someplace near as competent as a click tracker program but it’s more than what Chitika comprise; though they are planning a channels feature soon. Adsense also offers improved stats data and analysis, AdLinks and other small enhancements. While on the other hand Chitika has a number of motivating features we’ve never seen in Adsense. They comprise targeting a particular product or advertiser in an ad block so it always presents the similar product/advertiser, rotating keywords per refresh or by the day of the week, altering the font and color of the text in the ad, allowing and disabling relative serving of ads, enabling and disabling the search option within ads, and a lot more.
2) Time Period:
Adsense is working for a few years now but Chitika is new in this market.
3) Looks:
Adsense ads are mainly consisting of text ads that fit into about 10 standard sizes from 728×90 to 120×600, 468×60 and others. There are a partial number of image ads formed by advertisers and pre-approved by Google. Chitika ads come in the similar normal sizes but every solo ad space is packed with a mixture of text and image but, critically, promoting just one product from one advertiser. Additional, one reliable feature across the Chitika ads is the interactivity. Each ad has a collection of tabs which modify the content of the ad block when a visitor drifts over them. These tabs give information like “Top Deals”, “Reviews”, and even a “Search” box that allows your visitors to hunt for and get results for related products without them having to depart from your page.
4) Users:
Adsense is the grandfather of contextual advertising and has the biggest stand of publishers opposing for the ads it is serving for a long time. Chitika has only a small number of publishers until now but is likely to raise fast particularly as it has a recommendation program paying 10% commissions.
5) Referral program:
Adsense has a latest referral program that gives you $100 if you refer somebody who signs up as a publisher. Chitika gives 10% of what your referral gets and pays that for an era of twelve months from the date of contract.
6) Incomes:
Chitika can pay very fine but it takes a little different attitude to what you may have become adapted to with Adsense. If you have staying power to gain knowledge of it Chitika could show that it is very gainful if you join it with Adsense.
7) Conditions of Service:
Adsense has a quite restraining set of terms that you have to agree to. They’ve been customized many times and when fine tuned is made more rather than less preventive. Among the things publishers are not allowed to do are to change the Adsense code, identify keywords that ads should be targeted to, and have more than three blocks of ads on a page. None of those apply to the Chitika plan. There are other Adsense definite rules that don’t affect Chitika.

Video Blogging is becoming increasingly popular these days and is
proving to be quite effective for businesses (big or small). When you
think of videos the first obvious name that strikes is 'YouTube', and it
offers a partnership program enabling you to capitalize from videos
that are entirely created by you.
There are two types of partnerships offered by YouTube: Channel Partnership Program and Individual Video Partnership. Today we bring you a detailed insight of everything you need to know about YouTube Partnership:
What Is YouTube Partnership?
YouTube Partnership is a program that lets you share the revenue
generated through videos that you create, upload and share on YouTube.
It brings you analytics and content management tools to help you make
the most out of this partnership; it protects your copyrights through
their Content ID
system, while you enjoy design and feature upgrades. Partners can
upload videos without any length or size limit, and can offer their
videos for rent which are streamed only after the payment is secured.
As per YouTube:
"People worldwide are watching billions of videos every day on YouTube. As a YouTube partner, you can share in the revenue generated when they watch your videos. You can also rent directly to your viewers. And with YouTube analytics and content management tool, you can target preferred demographics and protect your copyrights, while providing viewers with a high-quality branded experience."
Qualifications For YouTube Partnership
According to YouTube they receive thousands of partnership requests
every single day and assess each of these requests on case to case
basis. However, there are no specific guidelines that can help you in
analyzing if you are qualified enough to be considered for this program,
but there are certain basic requirements that you need to adhere to in
order to be eligible for it:
- Your videos must be 100% your creation, right from the visuals to the audio in it; no copied content at all, be it cover songs, lyrics, background music, movie or TV visuals, graphics, images or live performances. You must own the videos that you upload.
- You should have an AdSense account to be able to apply for this partnership.
- Your videos should be uploaded on regular basis and viewed by thousands of YouTube users. Alternatively, you can be considered for the partnership if your videos are commercially popular, i.e. is you have your own DVDs sold online.
If you are lucky or perhaps extremely popular, you might receive an
invitation from YouTube, else you can apply for the partnership here.
According to YouTube:
"When we evaluate applicants for suitability for the YouTube Partnership Program, we look at a variety of criteria including but not limited to the size of your audience, quality of content, compliance with our YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, and your country of residence."
Making Money
There are two ways in which you can make money through this partnership program:
- Display advertisements with your videos.
- Offer videos for rent. There will be no ads on your video and you can decide the price and duration of your video. (Please note that YouTube rentals is currently in beta and available for users in U.S. only)
Both you and YouTube share the revenue generated from these advertisements.
"There are no guarantees under the YouTube Partner agreement about how much you will be paid." clarifies YouTube.

There is a lot of money to be made as a seller on eBay. Thousands and thousands of sales are made each day, resulting in a lot of income for a lot of sellers. And there is still room for you if you want to get involved – whether you want to earn some part time cash or set up a whole new full time business on the side.
But where do you get your stock from? How do you get started? And how can you build a business that gives you PowerSeller status? Relax – you’re about to find out.
It’s easy work to get started earning money on eBay. Once you’ve signed up for your free account the best way to get a feel for what selling is like is to auction off some of your personal items that you no longer want. If you are going to start buying stock to resell, you’ll do better by getting some basic selling experience first.
While we are on the subject of stock, you’ll need to decide what kind of business you are going to set up. Of course you can sell anything you like, but if you want to make a name for yourself it helps to become known for selling a specific type of product.
Now that doesn’t necessarily mean your product area needs to be a small one; on the contrary it could be quite large. You could sell toys for example – there’s plenty there to keep any seller going for months on end without selling the same thing twice. You do need to pick a popular product though, and it’s worth doing some research using eBay’s advanced search feature to find out what is selling and how much it’s selling for.
So let’s say you want to sell computer games, for example. There are hundreds of games you could buy to sell here, but if you don’t know which ones will sell you could lose a lot of money buying the wrong stock. By searching the ended listings you can see which titles consistently sell well, and which ones will produce the best profit for you.
Okay – so you know how to figure out what to buy. Now you need to know where to get it from. It stands to reason that no seller is going to tell you where they get their stock; that would be like giving away the keys to their business. In order to find the best sources for stock you need to do a bit of legwork.
We should mention here that there are two main sources for stock – wholesalers and dropshippers. Both have their pros and cons; it just depends on which method you personally prefer.
Dropshippers hold all the stock for you, so you only actually pay for an item once you’ve received payment from the customer. You may have to pay a fee to join the scheme in the first place though. If you choose to go with one or more wholesalers you will need to have the room to buy the stock, and the money to buy it in advance. This comes with more risk since you could buy stock that doesn’t sell, but with the tactic we’ve already covered for checking completed listings before you order anything, the risk here should be kept to a minimum.
So – back to where to find these sources. If you have a particular product in mind that you want to sell, the simple act of looking at the packaging can often reveal the name of the supplier. You can then check out their website to see what else they do.
Another method is to search for what you want on Google. This sounds deceptively simple and in fact many people don’t think of doing this. It can be a bit hit or miss, but it’s possible to find some excellent wholesalers through this method. Over time you will go from having one wholesaler to a handful of sources to get your stock from, and you can build up your product range as you start to grow.
Building your feedback is an important part of being a good seller and the higher you can get your score the better. It sets you apart as being a dedicated seller. And the faster your score climbs, the closer you get to attaining PowerSeller status.
The PowerSeller symbol is highly prized among serious eBay sellers, and there are five levels to strive for. The first is Bronze, and it’s a lot easier to reach than you might think. While you might set a goal for yourself to reach PowerSeller, you will find that if you build up your product range and gradually increase your sales, you will reach it in no time. And if you get off to a great start you might just do it in three months – the minimum time you can actually do it in.
Many sellers have their own shop on eBay, but it’s not necessary when you first get started. In fact you are often better off waiting until you have a good range of stock before opening a shop, since it can look rather empty if you only have a handful of items.
The final thing to think about is the price of the items you are selling. It stands to reason that if you sell a hundred different products in the $5 to $10 price range, you won’t make as much cash as you would selling a hundred in the $50 to $100 price range.
But you need to work out what you enjoy selling and what you can sell lots of to experience real success on eBay. Don’t go for expensive products just because they might bring a bigger profit. Go for your calling – that’s where you will experience the biggest success.
Above all, remember that it can take time to build a successful business – but if you’re determined to achieve real success on eBay you should be enjoying the journey.
Make money by listening to music
Listening music is entertaining and now you can even earn extra cash from this hobby. There are a lot of music from new artists and songwriters that need people to listen and give opinion about them. So, this opened up an extra cash earning opportunity.
Website like MusicXray.com pays real cash to people who listen and review music. If you love to do this simple online job, you can get started right away by joining Music Xray. You can register an account with Music Xray with one of the following two ways:
1) If you have an ID on Facebook, Google, OpenID, Yahoo or Flickr, then you may login to Music Xray with one of your social site IDs.
2) If you prefer not to use your social site ID, then you can create new username and password directly with Music Xray.
Once you have done registration, you can login and start uploading up to 5 mp3 songs so they can know what type of music you prefer and match you to music that you like to listen. Subsequently, when there is song that needs to be rated and reviewed, Music Xray will inform you via email. You will get $0.05 for every song that you’ve listened and reviewed.
When you become more active in Music Xray and do good rating job for them often, you will start getting more songs for listening and reviewed. The pay per song will rise as well. So you will earn more as you become more senior in Music Xray.
Payment will be sent to you via PayPal when your earning has reached $20.
There is another site that you can try which is Songpeople.co.uk. This is obviously a UK website but they accept people from US as well. By becoming a member of Songpeople.co.uk, you will be eligible to receive music or song survey through email. If you take the survey and complete it, you’ll earn point where you can redeem for Amazon voucher. You need to have 2,000 points before you can redeem. So it will take some time to accumulate enough points. Just keep filling out music surveys that you receive and your points will add up quickly.
Fiverr!!
This is a simple site where people go on and say what they will do for $5. If you can think of some service, or quirky product that you can sell for $5 each, you might be able to make a little extra money on Fiverr.
To get ideas, simply navigate to fiverr.com and see what other people are offering. The key is to come up with something novel that can be done quickly and cheaply.
You may not be able to make a lot doing this, but there are certainly people who do make a nice little bit of extra money by doing silly, fun things. The first step is to spend a long time studying the site and other people’s offers; you will soon get a feel and hopefully some ideas for your own offering.
Textbroker
If you are a native English speaker and you can write pretty well, you can sign up to be a writer on Textbroker.com. The system is simple enough – people who need articles request them, and as a writer you can pick the titles you want to write.
There are different quality levels, and you generally have to start at the bottom, but if you write well you can soon go up to the top quality level and you can actually make some decent money. The key is to get to level 5 – at this level the amount you get paid is actually pretty reasonable – much better than you stacking shelves anyway!
How to monetize your blog
When it comes to making money with your blog, monetizing your blog is an important part of it. Some bloggers monetize their blog the day they publish their first post and others monetize their blog when they have established the blog and have a steady stream of traffic coming in everyday. But, no matter which group of bloggers you belong to, sooner or later, you have to think about monetizing your blog. Thankfully, when it comes to making money with your blog, there are a few good options.
Here are 5 ways to monetize your blog:
1) Pay Per Click (PPC)
PPC is one of the most popular ways to make money with a blog and Google Adsense is the most popular PPC network that bloggers use. As the name “pay per click” suggests, you get paid each time someone clicks on ads displayed on your blog. The amount of money you can make with each click depends on a few different factors, the most important one being the importance of the topic and the keyword. For instance, Keywords related to finance like credit, mortgage and home loan are some of the highest paying keywords.
PPC advertising networks like Adsense and Bidvertiser, use a smart technology that displays laser targeted ads based on the content of your page. So, if your blog is about food, you won’t see finance related ads displayed on your blog, it will be ads about food and cooking.
2) Cost Per 1000 Impressions (CPM)
With CPM you get paid per impression, usually a few cents per impression. The good thing about CPM is that no one has to click on your ads for you to get paid, the bad news is that most of the time you get paid only a few cents per thousand impression. So, CPM would work much better on blogs with high amounts of traffic.
However, you can still benefit from CPM even if you don’t get much traffic and views. Usually ad networks allow CPM to be used in conjunction with other kinds of ads like PPC ads. Since PPC pays per click, you could place PPC ads above fold and above or under your individual posts, and place your CPM ads on less prominent parts of your blog, where they won’t replace the PPC ads, but you will still get impressions on them. One of the most well-known CPM ad networks is AdBrite.
3) Cost Per Action (CPA)
CPA is self explanatory. Its a method of advertising where in order for publisher (you, the blog owner) to get paid, the visitors has to click on the ad and take the necessary action that is required by the advertisers. These “action”s could be as simple as submitting an email address, registering for a website or subscribing for a free newsletter, to purchasing a product or opting in for a paid service. The most popular kinds of CPA ads are 125×125 ads that are usually placed in the left or right side (side bar) of the blog.
Of course, the commission you receive for each valid transactions, depends on the individual ad and the kind of action it requires. Usually ads that ask visitors to purchase a product or pay for a service pay much higher than ads that ask for free sign-ups and entering basic information such as name and email address. But either way, CPA ads pay a lot more than PPC or CPM ads. Amazon Associates, ClickBank and Commission Junction are some of the biggest CPA advertising networks.
4) In-text Advertising
This is one of the newest kinds of blog monetization methods. There is no need to set aside space on your blog to place ads. With In-text advertising specific keywords within the text of your content are matched with ads, turning those keywords into underlined or double underlined words. In text advertising works the same way as CPC. You get paid every time someone clicks on the ad.
In-text advertising is not for every blog. It really depends on the audience and the topic of the blog and sometimes even the structure of the blog. The key to using in-text advertising successfully is moderation. Don’t set your option to having 1 ad in each sentence, its a big turn off. A few in text ads in each post is plenty. Kontera is one of the biggest In-Text advertising companies out there.
5) Text Links
Text links (I call them affiliate links) are basically links that point to another site. Text links direct visitors from your blog to someone else’s blog or website. When it comes to getting paid, Text links work differently than other methods, meaning the pay is based on the popularity of your blog. The more popular your blog is, the more money you get. Text-Link-Ads and Link Worth are two of the most famous text link advertising companies.
These are some of the most popular and easy ways you could monetize your blog. However, when it comes to blog monetization, there is no one method that could work for every blog and every blogger. That is why you need to do your own research. Experiment with different types of monetization methods, and try different things with each method.
For example, if you use PPC, move your ad blocks around on your page and keep track of the results. Doing so enables you to find out which kind of ad block (color, size, etc) in which spot on your page gives you the best results, thus allowing you to make more money from your blog.
Six strategies to lose your viewer
A strong web presence is crucial to the success of your business, especially in today’s economic climate. You know it, your marketing team knows it, and, unfortunately, your competition knows it. In other words, if you don’t pay attention to the quality of your website, you’re going to lose business to someone who does. According to a study by leading web traffic controller Akamai Industries, a poorly designed website can lose 30% of its viewers within seconds. They also found that if a site takes more than four seconds to load, 75% of its viewers will not return to the site.
Fortunately, there are simple solutions to the design problems that could be keeping your website from being as effective a tool as possible to bring you additional sales and optimize your search engine rankings. Take a look at the following “how-not-to” list, and then cast a critical eye on your own website. Even a few simple changes could pay big dividends in increased direct business and a more robust web presence.
Six Strategies to Lose Your Viewer: An Overview of What Not to Do and Why
1) Make sure your homepage takes forever to load:
Why Not Do This? To return to Akamai’s findings, you don’t have much time to keep a viewer. Web surfers are an impatient bunch. If they have to sit for five minutes waiting for a page to load, they’re going to look elsewhere. A friend of mine got married recently. When she was looking for a wedding photographer, she found dozens of photographers who wanted to showcase their best (and most high resolution) work on their homepages. The problem for the photographers was that the bride-to-be never got to see those pictures. She got impatient and went on to the next site. She didn’t use their services, she never linked to their sites on her wedding website, and she never raved about their fabulous photos to her friends. I’m sure their homepages looked fantastic once they loaded, but did they achieve their purpose?
2) Make your homepage visually boring
Why Not Do This? This may seem to contradict point number one at first, but a visually unappealing homepage can lose viewers in seconds. Use graphics or photos that catch the eye and draw a viewer in. We can take a lesson from print media here. Newspapers try to place a particularly striking photo “above the fold” on the front page to make their paper look more interesting than the one next to it on the newsstand. You can benefit from this technique as well. Just make sure that your graphics don’t compromise load time.
3) Design your site thinking only of SEO and not an audience of real people
Why Not Do This? In the quest for SEO and those all-important backlinks, businesses often forget a very basic truth. People aren’t coming to your site to help you increase your web presence or your search engine ranking. They want something – to get information, to buy a product, to be entertained. If you don’t provide interesting and original content, they won’t be satisfied. A site with quality content that is updated regularly will keep visitors on your site longer, bring them back again, and prompt them to email a link to friends. This will help you build backlinks naturally. Remember that sites go viral because they’re entertaining or emotionally engaging – not because of their keyword density.
4) Make the purpose of your site unclear:
Why Not Do This? Again, I’m impatient, and I know there are lots of other sites out there that will give me what I want. If I’m looking for grass-fed, certified organic goat cheese, I need to know pretty quickly whether I can find it on your site. If I need to spend more than thirty seconds trying to figure that out, you’ve lost me.
5) Make navigation confusing and difficult:
Why Not Do This? Ok. I can tell from your homepage that you have the cheese I want, but I don’t want to spend all day figuring out how to find a list of your products, prices, and shipping information. Make it clear where the links are that I’ll need to get around your site by placing them in one or two main areas. Don’t bury them all in a lot of text that I may or may not read. If I spend ten minutes on your site, but I never end up buying your product, you’ve won the first battle but lost the war.
6) Jam the homepage with lots and lots of text:
Why Not Do This? Your homepage should draw a viewer in and provide clear links to get to additional information. Use enough text to make the purpose of your site clear and capture the viewer’s attention, but don’t use so much that your viewers get information overload. Think of your own web browsing habits. If you wanted to spend hours reading a lot of words, you’d pick up a copy of War and Peace; you wouldn’t hit the Internet.
The common thread here is that you should always remind yourself that real people are viewing your site. Put yourself in their position. Is my site interesting and fun? Is it easy to get around on? Does it quickly give viewers what they’re looking for? If not, is there really any reason anyone should spend their time there?
